The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn't on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
โ€ข Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels
โ€ข Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
โ€ข Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
โ€ข Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
โ€ข Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays
โ€ข Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
โ€ข Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks
