Job description

Scarlett Chase Inc. is a performance luxury footwear brand that offers European handcrafted silhouettes to a global audience. The brand is built on a zero compromise premise: that high fashion and supportive comfort can coexist beautifully.
We are looking for an Brand Operations Manager, Full Time, W2 employee, reporting to the CEO/Founder.
The Brand Production Manager supports Scarlett Chase's product development from concept through production and stewards the brand's core marketing assets and content library. This role is the central line between Scarlett Chase design, European factories, and the brand's customer-facing marketing and content, partnering closely with Business Operations to keep the production flowing and inventory in sync with consumer demand.
Production Coordination
  • Work directly with our CEO/Founder daily to support our new product development and brand assets, turning sketches into illustrated spec sheets, samples into factory corrections and production guides, and production into new content.
  • Maintain the production calendar, coordinating between factories, on-the-ground project managers, and local shippers regarding materials, samples, and production
  • Partner with Business Operations to maintain inventory reporting and analysis, including components and brand-asset inventory
  • Assist with product development documentation and coordination, fit testing, wear testing, and coordination
  • with design and technical resources
  • Monitor sample development, feedback, and remakes; manage sample organization and communication with factories and local representatives
  • Maintain production history and records, including order documentation, material and product specifications, spec sheets, and prototype sheets, historical information on past order feedback and material notes
  • Serve as backup and cross-train on SKU, GTIN, and box-label production and maintenance
  • Cross-train with Business Operations on adding new products to Shopify and Extensiv
  • Maintain a competitive matrix and trends forecast, and present it to the CEO quarterly to inform the production calendar
  • Assist with event inventory selection, packing, unpacking and the maintenance and monitoring of the Scarlett Chase showroom; manage fit and try on sessions when needed

Marketing Operations
  • Oversee and expand Scarlett Chase's visual asset library in Dropbox and other platforms
  • Manage or support product photography, video, and related asset production by coordinating and assisting on shoots
  • Work with design and technical resources to write product descriptions, attributes, and related copy for launches, promotions, and style Q&As, including technical details on materials and components
  • Liaison on catalog production: supporting product selection, copy creation, proofreading, and print deadlines
  • Represent Scarlett Chase in marketing meetings and projects with third-party partners and outsourced vendors

Events / Sales
  • Participate in occasional events to support the brand, including preparation and on-site representation

Administrative & Executive Support
  • Support the CEO and CFO as requested, preparing presentations, reports, and company documents
  • Support organizational projects for the Scarlett Chase showroom and Scarlett's Closet

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
  • 3+ years in a product development support function, sourcing, or production
  • Experience with Illustrator and creating spec sheets, prototype sheets, technical documentation
  • Strong writing skills and capacity to produce product marketing content
  • Excellent communication skills to support design, sampling, and production process
  • Demonstrated interest in luxury fashion and/or technical wear

Additional qualifications
  • Experience engaging with foreign factories
  • Working knowledge of email marketing (Klaviyo)
  • Experience with print and/or catalog production, photo shoots

Compensation
Full-time salary, with potential for performance-based bonus and equity participation.
