Job description

We are seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to elevate our footwear divisions by managing relationships with national retailers. This role involves collaborating closely with design to incorporate market trends and pricing strategies while being directly engaged with the product lifecycle from inception to point of sale.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships with national key accounts
  • Communicate regularly with retailers to understand and respond to their needs
  • Conduct consistent in-store visits to monitor market trends and sales environments
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to all major accounts
  • Initiate, develop, and secure new key accounts aligned with distribution strategies
  • Collaborate strategically with design and management teams to influence product direction
  • Utilize sales analytics to improve sell-in and sell-thru performance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of sales and account management experience in the footwear industry
  • Strong knowledge of national key accounts and footwear retail landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven presentation skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced group settings
  • Strong financial acumen and retail metrics understanding
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience servicing national footwear brands in department store environments
