Spring Footwear Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy professional to support our headquarters office operations and Customer Service team. This role serves as the welcoming face of our corporate office while playing a key role in customer support, and sales coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and professional communication.

The Customer Experience & Support Coordinator plays a dual role within the organization, supporting front desk operations while actively contributing to Customer Service, Sales Support, and New Account Onboarding. This position serves as a central point of communication between customers, sales representatives, e-commerce accounts, and internal departments, ensuring a seamless customer experience and smooth operational execution across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Office Operations

  • Serve as the professional first point of contact for guests, vendors, and callers
  • Manage multi-line phone system and route communications accurately
  • Maintain reception area and office organization
  • Coordinate mail, shipping logistics, and office supply management
  • Process purchase orders and support internal event coordination

Customer Service Support

  • Assist customers and sales representatives with orders, returns, and inquiries
  • Process Return Authorizations and shipping labels
  • Maintain accurate documentation within OMS
  • Monitor inventory updates, substitutions, and closeouts
  • Generate and maintain required operational reports

New Account Onboarding & Lead Management

  • Serve as primary contact for new and reactivated accounts
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and account setup
  • Maintain customer records and compliance documentation
  • Track onboarding progress and conduct post-shipment follow-up

Sales Coordinator Support

  • Assist with trade show and event coordination
  • Manage booth bookings, hotel arrangements, and vendor communications
  • Coordinate samples, marketing materials, and appointment tracking

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of customer service, office operations, or administrative support experience
  • Professional phone presence and polished communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
