- Proven communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
- Ability to identify and recommend cost-effective solutions and apply creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and hands-on product iteration, including ability to read technical drawings and digital files.
- Basic knowledge of materials, test methods, and their application.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
