market entry. Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior US Expansion Advisor (B2B Sales) based on the US East Coast, with an existing network of referral partners in Canada and the US across tax, immigration, legal, GTM, accelerators, or economic development. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients and referral partners, and promoting Foothold America's services to support their expansion into the US market .

Daily responsibilities include closing sales, building and managing a sales pipeline, responding to inbound leads, conducting client consultations, creating tailored solutions, networking, and public speaking at US expansion events. The advisor will work closely with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process. Qualifications A strong existing network of potential cross-border referral partners and tech and life science scale-ups in Canada that are expanding into the US.

Proficiency in B2B Sales in EOR, PEO, and business services Knowledge of US market entry strategies and international business processes Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work autonomously and in a remote environment Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with HubSpot CRM tool, online communication platforms, and other digital tools for remote work. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with US market entry, international business operations, and cross-border commerce. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional language(s) at a business level are a plus.
