Job description

Title: Electronic Services Specialist I

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Location: Corporate Office (Foothill Ranch, CA 92610) - On-site

Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00 an hour

Position Summary

The Electronic Services Specialist I supports the day-to-day processing of electronic transactions and services at Eagle Community Credit Union. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that member transactions are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures.

Working closely with branches and internal departments, this position helps resolve routine electronic service issues, supports transaction processing across multiple channels, and contributes to consistent and reliable member experience. Responsibilities include handling items such as ACH transactions, mobile deposits, card-related activity, and other electronic services functions.

This role focuses on building foundational knowledge of electronic services operations while maintaining strong attention to detail, following established procedures, and supporting the credit unions efforts in loss prevention and operational accuracy. Success in this position requires reliability, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to Eagle Community Credit Unions ICARE values in every interaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process daily electronic services transactions, including ACH, ATM deposits, wires, mobile deposits, bill pay, drafts, ATM deposits and transfers
  • Review transactions for accuracy and resolve routine discrepancies
  • Assist with debit card disputes and transaction-related inquiries
  • Monitor deposits in transit, shared branch activity, and related items
  • Support branches and departments with electronic service requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Escalate complex or higher-risk issues to the appropriate staff
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and audit standards
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
