- Four-Year Promotion: Actively market student-athlete statistics, game footage, and evaluations to four-year programs (NAIA, NCAA) to facilitate transfer advancement.
Player Development & On-Field Coaching:
- Technical Instruction: Plan and execute all pre-season, in-season, and off-season training sessions tailored to collegiate 7-on-7 flag football rules.

- Video Analysis: Utilize film study platforms for player evaluations, scouting reports, and game preparation.
Student-Athlete Success & Academic Support:

- Travel Logistics: Coordinate all team travel arrangements, including operating college vehicles, lodging, meal planning, and expense reconciliation.
- Budget & Inventory: Manage the annual operational budget, obtain specialized safety and game equipment (such as flag belts, flags, and custom uniforms), and maintain precise inventory records.
- Public Relations: Collaborate with the Athletic Director on community fundraising, marketing, youth camps, and media results outreach.
