Role Overview:
The Social Media Producer will lead programming for the @FFToday accounts on TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, and Facebook. Working closely with our talent and production team to extend the show's daily insights to social, they will drive audience engagement throughout the fantasy football calendar (draft season through playoffs).

Your Day-to-Day:
   Develop social programming calendars for FFT across TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, and Facebook
   Distribute daily show content - clips, hits, and highlights - to all platforms
   Produce original content built specifically for social, distinct from show repurposing
   Lead audience development initiatives and buzzworthy campaigns like #AskFFT
   Create original graphics and video in reaction to breaking fantasy news (injuries, trades, roster moves) in real time
   Establish and execute editorial calendar for key content beats throughout the season (e.g. Waiver Wire, Start/Sit, Rankings)
   Sit with production team in studio regularly, shooting original content with FFT talent

Basic Qualifications:
   Extreme passion for fantasy football and a strong working knowledge of the NFL
   3+ years experience managing social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, Facebook)
   Willingness to adapt working schedule to cover the fantasy football calendar, including nights and weekends during the NFL season
   Ability to work under extremely fast turnaround times, especially around breaking fantasy news
   Collaborative spirit to ingrain yourself into a wider team
   Grasp of Adobe Creative Suite and hunger to improve your craft

Additonal Qualifications:
   Exceptional writing ability and a strong understanding of English grammar
   Familiarity with fantasy football scoring formats, ADP, and roster construction
    Willingness to work prime time sports viewing hours, nights and weekends included
