What You Will Be Doing
• Lead influencer strategy for the NIKE account, with a strong focus on soccer, ensuring programs are rooted in the sport, the culture around it, and the audiences NIKE wants to reach.
• Build and guide creator and talent programs from early planning through activation, including talent identification, negotiations, approvals, execution, and reporting.
• Serve as a senior client partner, bringing clear recommendations, strong presentations, and thoughtful guidance throughout the life of each campaign.
• Shape creator strategies that feel authentic to NIKE and credible within soccer communities, from elite athletes to emerging voices and culture drivers.
• Partner with media, analytics, creative, and strategy teams to ensure influencer programs are connected, measurable, and aligned with broader brand and business goals.
• Use performance results, platform insights, and cultural signals to improve programs over time and identify new opportunities.
• Lead and develop team members while helping strengthen PMG's influencer approach, tools, and ways of working across the business.
What You Will Bring
• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, branded content, or creator strategy, including leadership experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience leading influencer programs for major brands, with the ability to guide strategy, execution, and client partnership at a senior level.
• Deep experience working within the sport of soccer, including a strong understanding of the creator landscape, athlete and talent partnerships, and the communities and conversations that shape the game.
• A clear point of view on how NIKE should show up through influencers, creators, and branded content in ways that feel distinctive, thoughtful, and culturally aware.
• Strength in influencer marketing strategy, content development, contract review, project leadership, and presentation.
• Experience managing relationships with creators, agents, partners, and clients with professionalism, warmth, and sound judgment.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer tools and dashboards, advertising standards, and campaign measurement.
• A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the ability to lead complex work while keeping quality high.
• Experience leading teams, supporting growth, and creating an environment where people can do strong, thoughtful work.
• A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
