Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the La Carte Department with a strong focus on customer service, food quality, and department readiness

  • Create a fast, friendly, customer‑first environment and resolve customer questions, concerns, and special requests

  • Execute merchandising plans, planograms, promotional sets, and seasonal programs

  • Oversee preparation, slicing, cooking, packaging, and merchandising of La Carte items following company recipes and standards

  • Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing service case, grab‑and‑go, and hot case displays

  • Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs, and waste reporting

  • Build and manage schedules aligned with sales volume and labor targets

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop La Carte associates while promoting teamwork and accountability

  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and regulatory requirements
