Job description

In a learning environment, the Dietetic Intern will provide high quality and appropriate medical nutrition therapy to patients and comply with performance standards established by regulatory agencies. Will work to coordinate and lead the operation of Food & Nutrition Services. Oversees daily production, development of menus, and quality of product at all three locations (St. John's, Memorial, & South campuses). Responsible for compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, standards, and continuous quality improvement process for Food & Nutrition Services. Responsible for sanitation and food code compliance of department and area.

Education:

  • High School Diploma, required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Related field, required
  • Texas food handler license, required
