The Oasis at the Atrium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Food Service to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. As a key member of our management team, the Director of Food Service will be responsible for Cooking, overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:Cook Meals

Develop and implement effective food service strategies to meet the needs of our residents and guests

Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and other support personnel

Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as quality control standards

Manage food inventory, ordering, and procurement to minimize waste and optimize budget

Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and guests
