Student Nutrition Service Associate I (Part Time Up To 10 Hours Per Week)

Anticipated Start: August 20 2026

Must Be A Current Liberty Public School District Student.

Liberty Public Schools Is One Of Missouri's Top-Rated School Districts, And Not Only Are We Seeking Educational Staff, We Are Seeking Liberty High School Students To Train And Grow Within The Culinary Services Field.

The Student Food Service Associate At Liberty High School Is Responsible For Preparing And Serving Food Items To Students And/Or School Personnel In An Efficient Manner, And Maintaining The Food Service Facilities In Safe And Sanitary Condition.

The Student Food Service Associate Is A 10-Month Position With The Option To Work During Summer School.

No Experience Needed.

Hours

  • Monday Through Friday
  • Daily Shifts 1-2 Hours Per Day Between 6:00 Am And 12:00 Pm
    • One Hour Before School And During Flex Hour Or Up To Two Hours Before School

Pay

$15.83 - $19.87 Per Hour (Based On Relevant Work Experience)

Job Duties

  • Prepares And Serves Nutritious And Attractive Meals To Students, Staff And Guests.
  • Adheres To All Kitchen Sanitation Policies And Procedures, Including Washing Dishes.
  • Interacts Positively With Team, Staff Members, Students And Guests.
  • Stock And Merchandise A La Carte Items.

  • Must Meet The Minimum Age Requirement Of 16 Years
  • Food Handlers Certificate Required Within 30 Days Of Employment.
  • Ability To Push/Pull, Lift And Carry Up To 40 Lbs.
  • Must Pass A Pre-Employment Background Check
