Job description

The Food Server will provide the guest with efficient and friendly service creating a positive dining experience and ensuring guest needs are promptly met.

Duties:

  • Sincerely greet each guest at their table within 3 minutes.
  • Provide friendly and accurate service throughout the guest’s meal.
  • Continuously maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees.
  • Understands the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner.
  • Serve beverages and ensures that glasses are refilled frequently throughout the meal.
  • Completes all shift side work requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the outlet.
  • Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old at Café Bellini and at least 21 years old at Pancho & Willie’s and The Steakhouse.
  • Alcohol Awareness required for Food Servers at Pancho & Willie’s and The Steakhouse.
  • Minimum 1 year food serving experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to balance a food tray, weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to communicate clearly with guests in English.
