Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Lead the development and application of seasoning solutions for culinary, snack, and other food product categories.
  • Execute customer projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring solutions meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
  • Partner with customers to identify opportunities, solve technical challenges, and build long-term collaborative relationships.
  • Develop consumer-preferred seasoning systems by leveraging formulation expertise, culinary insights, innovation, and market trends.
  • Provide technical leadership for strategic category initiatives, platform development, and technology implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Regulatory, Purchasing, and global technical teams to successfully deliver customer solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve formulation, raw material, prototype, and scale-up challenges to support product success.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional project teams to ensure timely execution and achievement of project objectives.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior scientists and emerging technical talent.

What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in seasoning formulation, product development, and troubleshooting within the food industry.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and applying seasoning systems for commercial food products.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal partners.
  • Ability to translate consumer and market insights into innovative product solutions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as business needs require.
