Description of Job Duties
Student Interns will assist with the development of a nutrition education curriculum for a summer camp for 8 to 11 year olds. Students will attend 2 to 3 planning meetings and help run the nutrition education sessions. There will be 4 two-hour sessions plus set up and clean up. Duties include demonstrating cooking techniques, teaching concepts and guiding students through activities under the supervision of the Program Director
