Quality Technician-Commissary
Commissary
JOBBRIEF
TheQuality Technician ensures compliance with the regulations and guidelinesrelated to the quality and safety of all food products from the Fiesta BakeryPlant.
JOBDUTIES
  • Perform audits of Good Manufacturing Practices for plant personnel and followup on the opportunity areas found
  • Verify and ensure compliance with the internal specifications of the products
  • Release of finished product
  • Monitor and evaluate visually the efficiency of cleaning procedures forequipment, utensils and work areas
  • Prepare Quality reports when required, of the different activities carried out
  • Detection of opportunities for improvement in the process areas
  • Verify and validate the procedures in the lines
  • Monitoring of production lines
  • Inform and verify the timely correction of the deviations detected in theproduction process
  • Verify the proper handling of allergens in the different stages of theproduction process
  • Archive the generated Quality documentation
  • Perform required finished product testing and the effective completion ofdocumentation and data entry.
  • Conduct Food Safety Inspections
  • Conduct GMP and SSOP inspections daily

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from anaccredited institution.
