The food runner bridges the kitchen and the dining room. They deliver food orders from chefs to guests quickly and accurately, clear dirty dishes, and support servers to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Deliver hot meals from the kitchen to the correct guest tables safely and fast.
• Check plates for proper presentation, garnishes, and special dietary requests.
