What is a Food QA manager?

Food QA (Quality Assurance) Managers are professionals responsible for ensuring that food products meet established safety and quality standards before reaching consumers. They develop and oversee quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. These managers work closely with production teams to implement quality control measures, investigate issues, and ensure continuous improvement in food safety and quality. Their role is essential in preventing contamination, recalls, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
