Kelly is hiring Food Production Associates in Niles, IL. If you have experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, or similar hands-on work and are looking for a long-term opportunity, apply today!

  • Pay: $20.00–$20.55/hr
  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity


Shift & Pay Options

• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $20.55/hr
• Weekday Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM | $20.00/hr


What You'll Do

• Work on food production and assembly lines
• Pack, repackage, and inspect finished food products
• Prepare and replenish packaging materials and production supplies
• Verify product codes, dates, and labels for accuracy
• Operate and adjust coding and labeling equipment as needed
• Build, stack, and palletize finished products
• Assist with product changeovers and rework activities
• Clean equipment and prepare production areas for the next shift
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, quality, and plant procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, work instructions, and production procedures
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Comfortable standing and performing repetitive bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, humid, and noisy production environments; PPE provided
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Safety and quality-focused with a strong work ethic
