Food Production Associate Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $15.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
  • Inspect cucumbers on the production line and remove damaged or improperly cut products to ensure quality standards.
  • Lift, shake, and position buckets to properly settle cucumbers before processing, and label pails as needed.
  • Transfer filled pails from the conveyor to pallets; most weigh approximately 5 lbs, with repetitive lifting of up to 60 lbs.
  • Average lifting requirement is 25 lbs.
  • Candidates must be able to perform repetitive lifting and stand for extended periods.
  • Employees receive one 30-minute unpaid lunch break and one 15-minute paid break each shift.

Food Production Associate Qualifications:

  • Previous food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 60 lbs as needed.
