Food Tech is seeking a Construction Project Manager. In this role you will manage and coordinate construction projects for food and beverage facilities nationwide

  • Manage all facets of the project including budget, schedule, scope of work, subcontractor coordination, and contract execution.
  • Work with the Planning, Design, and Construction teams to effectively manage the project.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the client as well as the project team
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or related 4-year degree.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience; experience in food and beverage or cold storage is strongly desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and effective in keeping all critical project aspects up to date.
  • Proficiency in Procore and MS Project or other scheduling software.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Team-oriented, positive attitude, and proactive work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel to nation-wide project sites, estimated 25% time
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
