A growing and well-established OEM is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects (cradle-to-grave) related to Process Systems (material handling, industrial automation, packaging, etc.).  They specialize in custom process systems for bulk material handling and industrial automation, serving clients across food processing, agriculture, chemicals, and industrial manufacturing — delivering engineered-to-order solutions with a reputation for precision and reliability. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a clear path to impact projects from day one.

  • Anticipate $90K-$120K+, based on experience

  • Travel requirements may be 30-50%, dependent on project load
  • Office role for first few months, transition to flex/hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects for process systems (material handling, packaging, etc.), from design to installation.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and field services.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges related to process systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., food-grade, safety regulations).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience in industrial automation or material handling.
  • Strong technical knowledge of material handling systems.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
