As the Chemical Process/Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in improving the reliability, efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our manufacturing processes. This position offers the opportunity to apply and expand your technical expertise while leading process improvements that support plant performance, profitability, and future growth.

  • Working closely with operations and maintenance, you will use engineering expertise to optimize plant performance through process improvement, troubleshooting, project support, and technical leadership.
  • You'll analyze production data, implement solutions to manufacturing challenges, support audits and capital projects, and share knowledge through training and collaboration across the organization.
  • You will leverage data and KPIs to identify and execute improvement opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive operational excellence.
  • Success in this role includes fostering a culture of continuous improvement, developing team capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing, and delivering sustainable, measurable results.

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
  • B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

  • 2+ years of chemical manufacturing or process engineering experience; recent graduates with relevant internship or co-op experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines, including electrical, instrumentation, and process controls.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $140,000
Annual Bonus Target: 5% - 7%, subject to plan provisions.
