We are searching for candidates who will enjoy working with others in a fast-paced environment and who have a desire to help create an enjoyable dining experience for guests. Food preparation staff main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Slicing vegetables and other ingredients
  • Ensuring the sanitary regulations are met
  • Preparing salads and other side items
  • Reading and processing food order tickets by preparing trays for on site dining or carry out packaging
  • Stocking paper products for next shift
  • Cleaning dishes, floors and surface work area at the end of the shift
