Location: Winston-Salem, NC, 27105

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Pickers in Winston-Salem, NC. In this role, you will operate an electric pallet jack to pick individual cases of food and beverage products and build customer orders onto pallets. You’ll follow pick tickets or RF scanning instructions to ensure accuracy, properly wrap and stage completed pallets for shipment, and meet daily productivity and attendance expectations. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment during extended shifts.

Work Schedule
  • Sunday through Thursday
  • 4:00 PM until finish
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders according to company standards
  • Operate electric pallet jack safely and efficiently
  • Perform heavy lifting as required
  • Use Voxware communication system to fulfill orders
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy throughout the shift
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Required Skills amp; Qualifications
  • Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 4 PM to finish
  • Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor
  • Proficient in operating electric pallet jack
  • Basic math skills for order verification
  • Familiarity with Voxware or similar communication systems preferred
  • Ability to work long shifts and maintain focus
