Job description

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift (5pm - 5am) production team in our Cary, NC plant. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets. You’ll be leading various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more! Build your team to be the best as you build capabilities across your team.

  • Production Line Support – Lead all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.
  • Direction and Servant Leadership Result – Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes
  • High school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing
  • Ability to work evenings.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $76,160 - $99,960, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
