A Food Law Attorney is a legal professional who specializes in the regulations, policies, and laws governing the production, distribution, labeling, and safety of food products. They advise food businesses, manufacturers, and organizations on compliance with local, state, federal, and sometimes international food laws. Their work often involves helping clients navigate issues related to food safety, labeling, advertising, recalls, and regulatory approval.
