Quality Inspector (Aerospace / Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay: $25 – $45/hr + Overtime

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Work on Advanced Technology – Hands-On Inspection Role

We’re hiring Quality Inspectors / Quality Control Inspectors / QA Technicians to support the inspection of advanced electrical and mechanical assemblies. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing quality experience who enjoy working hands-on with precision tools, drawings, and processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products meet strict quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform in-process and final inspections on mechanical and electrical assemblies
• Use precision tools such as calipers, gauges, and measurement equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD models
• Identify and document non-conformances and quality issues
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures (ISO/AS)
• Track and document inspection results and quality data

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing
• Experience using inspection tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working overtime

Preferred:

• 4+ years of inspection experience
• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems
• Experience with root cause analysis or corrective action processes
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

Work Environment
