We're a carbon-neutral food company on a mission to Raise the Good in Food-through better nutrition, safer workplaces, humane animal care, and sustainability efforts that protect our planet. We also work to reduce food insecurity in Canada. Join us and help build a better future.
Position Summary
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team to support the production of high-quality food products.
You will:
  • Work on the production line in a variety of roles to produce high quality poultry products while following all health & safety and food quality and safety standards
  • Monitor product quality and specifications and perform necessary checks
  • Operate production equipment including managing parameters, monitoring performance, and reporting issues
  • Perform other tasks according to daily requirements and working overtime when necessary
  • Working with live poultry
  • Setting the pace for the line with the expectation that you meet our efficiency standards
  • Pushing the birds to the lead hangers to ensure that they are able to hang according to our standards
  • Correct any missing / empty shackles or improperly hung birds
  • Regular rotation to ensure cross training across all roles

Operations run Monday-Friday with occasional overtime required on Saturdays.
