Join us and help build a better future.?Position SummaryWe are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team to support the production of high-quality food products.You will:Work on the production line in a variety of roles to produce high quality poultry products while following all health & safety and food quality and safety standardsMonitor product quality and specifications and perform necessary checksOperate production equipment including managing parameters, monitoring performance, and reporting issuesPerform other tasks according to daily requirements and working overtime when necessaryWorking with live poultrySetting the pace for the line with the expectation that you meet our efficiency standardsPushing the birds to the lead hangers to ensure that they are able to hang according to our standardsCorrect any missing / empty shackles or improperly hung birdsRegular rotation to ensure cross training across all rolesOperations run Monday-Friday with occasional overtime required on Saturdays.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain production equipmentFollow safety and quality standardsAssist with packaging and labelingMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform other duties as assignedWhat?s in it for you?$24.55 per hourOther non-discretionary compensation may be available depending on shiftQualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and safetyPrevious experience in manufacturing or food production (asset)Reliable transportation to work site?
