Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Meat and Seafood to lead our sales initiatives within the food distribution and retail sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster strong customer relationships, and drive business growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food industry sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets through innovative strategies and team management. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will influence the expansion of our meat and seafood product lines while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Compensation for this role will be base pay, plus any applicable commission.

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies targeting B2B clients in the meat and seafood industry to meet or surpass revenue goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major wholesale clients, distributors, and retailers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in outside sales within the food industry or related sectors, with a focus on meat and seafood products.
