Food Distribution Center Now Hiring Admin. Accounting Project Supervisor to join their team in Redlands, Ca.

Salary $70,304.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support a focus and partnership on Accounting Projects by meeting with local and DC teams to understand scope, needs and follow up of live and upcoming projects.
  • Work with vendors to ensure project equipment needs and requirements are being met per the project plan.
  • Manage special requests and projects in support of Accounting and other Admin departments to assess and diagnose needs and next steps.
  • Assist and support in auditing DCs to ensure compliance of standards and process.
  • Update of project budgets and equipment delivery tracking as needed to include contact with those responsible for the various needs of each project.
  • Execute tasks, accurately utilizing software, and ensure that procedures are developed and updated as needed.
  • Travel as needed for project requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • 1-2 years’ experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of warehousing and manufacturing processes.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in SAP accounting system preferred
  • Experience in MRP manufacturing system
  • Strong computer skills required; i.e., MS Office, Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Analytical problem solving

Reasoning Ability:

  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
