Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

$18.00-$22.00 per hour
Full-Time | M to F Day Shift

Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced environment? If you're organized, detail-oriented, and love solving problems, we'd love to meet you!

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers, process orders, and work closely with our sales, warehouse, and operations teams to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Process customer orders for frozen, refrigerated, and dry food products

Assist customers in English and Spanish via phone and email

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries

Track orders and resolve customer questions

Maintain accurate customer and order information

Support the sales team with quotes, invoices, and order documentation

What We're Looking For

Fluent inEnglish and Spanish (Required)

Customer service or order processing experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel) and computer systems

Experience with CRM or order management software is a plus

Food distribution, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plus
