Job Summary: Join our team at Cheeca Lodge and Spa, nestled in the breathtaking beauty of Islamorada in the Florida Keys. As a Food Runner, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our guests' dining experience at our picturesque beachside restaurant. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service in a stunning tropical setting.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work between the kitchen and the front-of -house to deliver food to the guest tables
  • Warmly greet guests, creating a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Efficiently manage the stocking of essential dining items, such as condiments and bread.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and assist in maintaining food presentation standards.
  • Attend to guest needs after food delivery, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
  • Participate in team meetings to stay informed about restaurant protocols and updates.
