Zuzu is seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and hospitality driven Cocktail Server to join our front of house team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive, elevated, and personalized service that reflects the standards of our upscale dining environment.
The Cocktail Server will guide guests through the menu with confidence, demonstrate a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and service etiquette. This position works closely with the entire FOH team to ensure seamless service, guest satisfaction, and the overall success of each service period.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with guests take orders and drinks
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Mix and serve a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of drinks to tables
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen staff to maintain a seamless flow of service
• Upsell additional menu items and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the serving area
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience as a Cocktail Server or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments
• TIPS or similar certification is a plus
