We are looking for individuals with availability throughout the week. Weekend availability is a must.

Food & Drink Runner Pay: $10 an hour + tips


We are gearing up for our busy beer garden season and looking for a few good food and drink runners. This is a fast paced work environment filled with great co-workers, an entertaining and friendly kitchen, and amazing food. Experience is not necessary, but a good attitude is!


Essential Functions

  • Team player - the nature of this job requires it!
  • Excited to Learn about Food & Beverage
  • Excited to talk to our guests about Food & Beverage
  • Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification
  • Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
  • Provides excellent customer service, with genuine and warm hospitality while anticipating guests needs
  • Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by managers
  • Previous experience in restaurants is preferred, but not mandatory!
  • Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs
Requirements:

Work Experience

  • Experience a plus, but on the job training is available for the right candidates

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Delivering all food and drinks to our guests throughout the property
  • Clearing plates and drinks
  • Welcoming all guests
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
  • Answering all questions about the menu
  • Upselling Items
  • Processing Payments if asked

Other duties would Include:

  • Light Cleaning (Dusting, Cleaning Windows)
  • Sweeping/Mopping
  • Maintaining Guest Bathrooms during service
  • Stocking and Maintaining Clean Service Stations
  • Preparing coffee, espresso beverages, & tea
  • Clearing and Setting Tables
  • Polishing Silverware
  • Attend Mandatory Product Training Meetings
  • Studying Menu Items
  • Ability to Pass Menu Knowledge Tests
  • Must be 18 years old

Certifications:

  • Servsafe & TIPS/RAMP preferred, but not required
