Job description

Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager who is committed to growing existing department. This individual will manage the Business Development Center, which is ESSENTIAL in driving traffic into the dealership itself. As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to train, mentor, and motivate your teammates.

Applicants who consider themselves qualified and ambitious are encouraged to apply. Automotive Sales Experience is required, Automotive BDC Experience is not required, but preferred. 

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing the room and leading by example
  • Maximizing sales and profitability of the call center to agreed levels of performance
  • Collecting and analyzing metrics/running reports
  • Creating and maintaining a process-driven work environment
  • Motivating and training
  • Maximizing CRM and instructing sales team and managers of opportunities

Your Team of Representatives Will Be Responsible for the following:

  • Executing inbound/outbound dials and following up with customers. This includes Internet leads as well
  • Answering customer inquiries in a timely manner, with authenticity and accuracy
  • Possessing a knowledge of the services and dealership promotions
  • Setting appointments to drive traffic into the dealership
  • Logging customer information

Qualifications:

  • Automotive BDC experience is not required but preferred 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with the management team
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team of representatives
  • Upbeat, high energy, and persuasive in nature
  • Committed to growing the department!

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
