ECO Solo Operator – Folder/Gluer Machine
Competitive Pay: $22.75 + $2.10 Shift Differential
Schedule
12-Hour Rotating Day Shifts: 7:00am – 7:00pm

Are you a skilled machine operator looking for your next career opportunity? Join our team as an ECO Solo Operator and take control of state-of-the-art folder/gluer machinery in our paperboard packaging operation.
 
What You'll Do
As our ECO Solo Operator, you'll be the master of your machine. You'll operate sophisticated folder/gluer equipment, ensuring top-quality paperboard packaging production while maintaining our high standards for safety and efficiency. This isn't just running a machine – you're solving problems, optimizing performance, and playing a key role in our production success.
Main responsibilities include:
•     Operating and setting up folder/gluer machinery with precision
•     Ensuring product quality and meeting production targets
•     Conducting preventative maintenance and housekeeping
•     Reading work orders and following detailed specifications
•     Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with support teams
•     Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and machine performance
 
What We're Looking For
Experience That Matters:
•     High school diploma or equivalent
•     Minimum 2 years machine operation experience
•     Folder/gluer experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
•     Strong attention to detail and quality standards
