We are seeking a committed, experienced FOH Manager to join our team at Viewhouse at our Centennial location. ViewHouse is an independently owned amp; chef-driven eatery, bar amp; rooftop with 4 locations in Denver, Centennial, Littleton, amp; Colorado Springs. Open daily for lunch, happy hour, dinner, late night, private events and weekend brunch, plus free events including fitness classes, live music, games, and more. ViewHouse is not only a dining destination – it’s an experience known for great eats, views, amp; fun. ViewHouse sources 100+ local products amp; serves a Colorado-centric selection of 35 local taps, 15 local distilleries, amp; 40 house-made cocktails.

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a friendly and highly motivated individual with experience leading a team, managing the daily operation of the business, and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. Ensure staff are knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies. Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

  • Operational Management:
