The Front-of-House Hospitality Supervisor is in charge of leading our dining room team during high-volume shifts. This role is designed for someone who takes ownership, sets the pace, and develops others while maintaining high standards in a fast-moving environment.

  • Lead and supervise the Front-of-House dining room team during lunch and dinner shifts
  • Ensure guests receive genuine hospitality in a clean and safe environment
  • Coach and develop Team Members and Team Leaders through hands-on leadership
  • Set expectations for urgency, teamwork, and professionalism
  • Run strong shifts that position the team for success and serve guests with speed and accuracy
