Position: CVICU RN - Ocala, FL - Training available for qualified nurses!!
Schedule/Shift: Full-Time | Nights available (with Rotating weekends)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic CVICU RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will care for our sickest patients, which may include patients on ventilators and various drips.
What you will do in this role :
  • Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
  • Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements:
  • 1 year of Recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care ICU RN experience. *Would Consider 2+ years of PCU RN experience*
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
  • Associate Degree, BSN preferred
  • BLS within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS within 90 days of hire
Compensation:
Pay rates: UP to Max. $48.00/hr. (Based on years of experience)
Shift Diffs: Nights $4.25/hr., Weekends $3/hr.
