Job description

At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. Amazon is a place where builders can build. We hire the world's brightest minds and offer them an environment in which they can invent and innovate to improve the experience for our customers.

If you'd like to help us build a place where you can find and buy anything online, this is the job for you.
The AWS Data Center Community (DCC) organization is looking for an individual with proven and tested leadership skills to join the Facility Operation Center (FOC) team. We support Data Center Engineer Operations teams who are responsible for the operation of infrastructure equipment.
The FOC TPM owns complex programs within the Facility Operations Center, managing the full lifecycle of cross-functional technology initiatives that span multiple teams across the DCC organization and adjacent stakeholder groups. You deliver independently with limited guidance, driving clarity where the business problem, program strategy, and technology solutions may not yet be defined.

You are accountable for defining program vision, securing organizational alignment, and delivering critical solutions that measurably improve operational efficiency, engineering capability, and event response quality at a global scale.
