Spray Foam Rig Operator / Driver – West Palm Beach / Palm Beach County

Airtight Spray Foam Insulation, LLC is a growing, family-owned insulation contractor serving South Florida. We specialize in spray foam insulation, attic performance, moisture control, and indoor air quality solutions. We are currently seeking a dependable, hard-working Spray Foam Rig Operator / Driver to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who is experienced working around spray foam equipment, comfortable towing trailers and operating work trucks, and capable of representing our company professionally on job sites. This role is physically demanding and requires working in hot attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, team-oriented, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and takes pride in their work.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely drive company trucks and pull spray foam trailers to job sites
  • Operate and monitor spray foam rig equipment, hoses, and spray systems
  • Assist lead sprayer with spray foam application as needed
  • Help with setup, masking, prep work, cleanup, and daily rig maintenance
  • Work alongside crew members on residential and light commercial projects
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members
  • Represent Airtight Spray Foam Insulation professionally as the “face” of the spray rig

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Comfortable towing trailers and driving work trucks daily
  • Spray foam and/or insulation experience preferred
  • Ability to work in hot attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance
  • Team player willing to help wherever needed on the job site
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently
  • Basic communication and customer service skills required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus, but not required
