Wheaton, MN - 1st Shift (Mon.-Thu. 7am-5pm)
The Foam Molding Operator is responsible for making parts in our foam molding department, while ensuring finished parts meet customer specifications and company quality standards. This position is also responsible for ensuring that production processes are accurate and efficient, and that safety and quality standards are maintained throughout all areas in the facility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Ability to recognize safety concerns
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Decision making skills
    • Basic math skills
