The process typically involves combining chemical ingredients to create a foamed mixture that expands and solidifies into the desired shape and density. Foam manufacturers use different methods, such as molding, extrusion, or slabstock production, depending on the application and type of foam needed. Quality control and environmental management are also important aspects of foam manufacturing.
