The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4+ years of experience in supplier quality, supplier development, project planning, and manufacturing quality. This role focuses on supplier qualification, audits, continuous improvement, new product development support, and driving supplier performance through quality tools and cross-functional collaboration.
