Job description

Job Summary
Prosper Ford is seeking an experienced Service Drive Manager to lead its service advisor team in Prosper, Texas. The successful candidate will ensure customers have a superior service experience, lead the advisor team to achieve high performance, and foster a positive work environment in the dealership.
Compensation & Benefits
The successful candidate will be eligible for a salaried and commissioned compensation plan of $10,000-$15,000 per month, paid semimonthly. Additional benefits may include future growth opportunities, dealership discounts, competitive health, and dental benefits.
Responsibilities
Build and lead a successful service advisor team by training and motivating the service advisors
• Call customers to discuss and sell declined work
• Resolve customer conflicts quickly, fully, and professionally
• Focus on key service department sales metrics such as chemical sales, hours pre repair order, ELR and others as needed to grow department operating profit
• Drive CSI scores and overall survey returns
• Enforce dealership safety and security protocols
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive service management IS A MUST!
• Track record of success in service advising prior to management position entry
• Ability to oversee several processes simultaneously
• Fluency in CDK is required. Knowledge of FMC Dealer and X-time preferred
• A valid US driver's license
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software
