Global FM is a rapidly expanding national facilities management company, now growing its presence in Houston, TX. We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality workmanship, solving complex roofing issues, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
  • Investigate and diagnose commercial roof leaks across various roofing systems
  • Perform quality repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial roofs
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls
  • Conduct roof inspections and condition assessments
  • Document work performed with detailed notes, photos, and material/labor records
  • Communicate professionally with property managers, facility managers, and customers
  • Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites
  • Support operational initiatives and assist with inspections as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help develop customer relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Represent Global FM with professionalism and integrity in the field
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of commercial roofing service experience preferred
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and diagnose roof leaks
  • Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Metal Roofing, Coatings, and Restoration Systems strongly preferred
  • Advanced leak investigation and repair skills
  • Ability to read and understand work orders and scopes of work
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to safety practices and jobsite awareness
  • Mechanical aptitude and desire to learn and advance
  • Service foreman or crew leadership experience is a plus
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification and manufacturer certifications are a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
